Professional Food Consultation Services (PFCS) was founded in 2018 to assist small food manufacturers and startups in Jamaica with their food safety and regulatory compliance needs. Conceptualized at a time when the food manufacturing industry was being transformed by the FDA's new Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), our initial services were primarily focused on developing and updating Nutrtition Facts labels. Now based in the United States, we have expanded our services to include U.S. Agent Appointment, FDA Registration, FCE-SID Assistance, Food Label Compliance, Industrial Supplies Sourcing, Staffing Assistance and  online Food Safety Training. We continue to stand out because we make it easy for small food manufacturers  outside of the United States to comply to FDA food regulations and  gain access  to the US market. 

Our business model is built on making professional consulting services accessible for small food manufacturers anywhere outside of the United States. This is why we are an exclusive remote online business. All our solutions and resources can be accessed through our user-friendly website, foodconsultations.com. We currently serve clients from the Caribbean, Canada and Europe.
