Founder & Lead Consultant
Randy Frazer is the Founder and Lead Consultant at Professional Food Consultation Services, where he leverages over 13 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry. His dedication to ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance has positioned him as a trusted advisor for a diverse clientele across multiple jurisdictions, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and the Caribbean.
As Lead Consultant, Randy specializes in developing tailored solutions that address the complex regulatory landscape food manufacturers face. His expertise encompasses a wide range of services, including FDA Registration and US Agent Service for food manufacturers outside the United States. He also assists clients with their Food Canning Establishment (FCE) registrations and process filings (SID) for acidified and low-acid canned foods. Additionally, Randy conducts thorough food label compliance reviews and nutrition analysis, ensuring that clients meet all necessary standards and regulations. His work also includes creating fully compliant nutrition facts panels that adhere to current FDA, CFIA, UK, and EU guidelines. His comprehensive approach ensures that clients not only understand compliance requirements but also navigate them seamlessly.
Randy’s extensive knowledge of food manufacturing operations, combined with his experience working alongside various cross-functional teams has positioned him to assist clients facing a wide array of challenges within the food industry. Whether it’s addressing supply chain management issues, providing staffing assistance, or delivering targeted employee training programs, Randy is always committed to helping clients to achieve operational excellence and complying with industry best practices.
Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree double in Food Science and Biochemistry from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica.
