He also assists clients with their Food Canning Establishment (FCE) registrations and process filings (SID) for acidified and low-acid canned foods. Additionally, Randy conducts thorough food label compliance reviews and nutrition analysis, ensuring that clients meet all necessary standards and regulations. His work also includes creating fully compliant nutrition facts panels that adhere to current FDA, CFIA, UK, and EU guidelines. His comprehensive approach ensures that clients not only understand compliance requirements but also navigate them seamlessly.

Devi Yankataso is well-known in the food industry for her work in food safety, quality assurance, and training. Devi brings over 20 years of industry experience and has worked in various capacities in the field. She believes in hands-on experience, tactical skills, and dialogue for the success of food facilities. Devi has worked in leadership roles during her tenure and continues to build capacity in the food sector through training and development.
Devi is associated with several International Certification Bodies, including the American Society for Quality (ASQ), the Produce Safety Alliance (PSA), the Food Safety Preventive Control Alliance (FSPCA), The HACCP Alliance, and the Seafood HACCP Alliance. Devi believes in building relationships based on openness, knowledge sharing, and creating continuous trust in food manufacturing processes and practices. She is dedicated to staying abreast of food regulations to support customers and small businesses to mitigate food safety risks and improve the overall safety and quality of the food supply chain. Devi is always passionate and excited to meet big and small clients and enhance harmonized food safety standards from “farm to fork”.
Devi holds a Master of Science degree in Agri-Food Safety and Quality Assurance from the University of the West Indies, Trinidad & Tobago. She also earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom. She is a Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) and an approved FSPCA Lead Instructor (LI) for Preventive Control for Human Food (PCHF), Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and a trainer for Produce Safety Alliance.
