Ordering Terms

In order to complete any food regulatory compliance work on your behalf, we may require you to provide us with proprietary information about products and processes.  Any such information will be used and protected as outlined in our statement of confidentiality. These proprietary information may include;

• Product Formulations
• Menu Item Recipes
• Ingredient Specifications
• Processes & Procedures
• Facilities & Equipment
• Packaging Details

All proprietary information provided will used solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your orders. Professional Food Consultation Services will never share or disclose your information to any individual or company. We guarantee full confidentiality and will gladly sign a non-disclosure agreement upon request. 

We begin processing your order as soon as all relevant information are gathered. The turnaround for each of services may vary but is usually between 1-10 days.  

Clients are only required to pay after the successful completion of their orders. At the end of each job, clients are notified by email and issued an invoice. Each invoice will have instructions for online payments.  After payment confirmation, all work files are then sent electronically. 

Quantity and other discounts maybe available for selected services. Ask about our  service discounts  during order confirmation.

Clients can cancel their order at anytime before receiving any completed work files. Selected services may be eligible for full or partial refunds.
